This joint venture has been formed under the leadership and guidance of His Excellency Shiekh  Abdulla Khalifa F M Al-Thani, CEO and Managing Director of PearlQ. Software and It reflects his  vision of a future in which Qataris excel in advanced technology and in aviation, one of the nation's  most important industries. His Excellency's commitment to developing Qatari talent, supporting  innovation, and building lasting national capability sets the direction for the partnership.

Both companies describe the joint venture as a first step, taken in good faith, toward a broader,  long-term strategic relationship. It gives PearlQ and RAero a framework to work together on the  marketing, promotion, development, and delivery of RAero's aviation training technologies,  software, and courseware. Each company keeps the flexibility to grow its own business and to  evaluate new opportunities together.

The companies see the joint venture as a shared roadmap that goes beyond financial terms. As the  relationship develops, and subject to mutual interest and agreement, they may explore further  opportunities. These could include strategic investment and equity participation, joint technology  and software development, operational and technical support, and the establishment of new  capabilities in Qatar. Any such opportunity will be evaluated separately on its own merits and will  remain subject to further discussion, due diligence, mutually acceptable terms and, where  appropriate, separate definitive agreements.

A New Look for Aviation Training

RAero is bringing a refreshed, modern approach to aviation training. It is built around engaging digital  courseware, a modern Learning Management System, and training designed for today's learners.

RAero's roadmap is structured in phases covering commercial aviation, corporate and business  aviation, military aviation, and the emerging field of eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing}  aircraft. That roadmap positions the joint venture to serve Qatar's aviation sector as it grows and as  new forms of flight arrive.

Experienced Leadership

RAero is led by professionals with deep roots in aviation and aviation training. Brent Birdwell began  building aviation courseware in the 1990s, when training was delivered by PowerPoint, floppy disk,  and CD-ROM. He was a founder of CPaT Global, a well-known aviation training company, and exited  the business in 2019. He brings decades of experience in how pilots and aviation professionals learn.

Amit Bahuguna, President of RAero LLC, is a Canadian airline pilot. He brings a practitioner's view of  training to RAero: what pilots need, how they learn, and how training tools perform in real airline  operations.

Supporting Qatar's Aviation Future

The collaboration reflects the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030: a diversified, knowledge-based  economy, investment in human capability, and a growing role for Qatari companies in advanced  technology. It arrives at an important moment for Qatar's aviation sector. Continued aircraft orders  are driving demand for skilled pilots, cabin crew, engineers, and ground personnel. Through the joint  venture, airlines and aviation organizations in Qatar will have a local technology company they can  rely on to help build and support the digital training tools they need.

PearlQ will lead client engagement, program management, and local support, including  Arabic-language localization. RAero will contribute its learning Management System, aviation  courseware, training platforms, and technica1 exoem

"Qatar has built one of the world's most respected aviation sectors, and its future depends on the  people behind it. My vision is for Qataris to excel in the technologies that will shape tomorrow, and  aviation is central to that future. This joint venture is about building that capability here, in Qatar, in  line with Qatar National Vision 2030. It is the beginning of a long-term relationship, and I look  forward to what we will build together." said His Excellency Sheikh Abdulla Khalifa Al Thani, CEO and  Managing Director of PearlQ.

"I started building aviation courseware in the 1990s, when training meant PowerPoint slides on  floppy disks and CD-ROMs. The technology has changed enormously, but the goal hasn't: train  smarter, fly safer. It is an honor to work with the leadership of His Excellency Sheikh Abdulla, whose  vision for Qatar's future makes this partnership special. Together we will give Qatari operators a new  generation of training." said Brent Birdwell of RAero LLC.

"As an airline pilot, I know first-hand that good training is the foundation of safe operations. We are  entering Qatar as a committed, long-term partner, not simply a supplier. RAero's roadmap spans  commercial, corporate, military, and eVTOL aviation, and we are proud to share that journey with  PearlQ and with Qatar." said Amit Bahuguna, President of RAero LLC.
