Zi introduces its debut collection in 925 sterling silver

Mumbai, Aug 25: Zi, a new Indian design house, has launched its debut women’s jewellery collection in 925 sterling silver, introducing contemporary pieces designed to become part of the everyday wardrobe.  the collection brings together clean forms, understated detailing and versatile silhouettes that can move seamlessly across occasions.

The debut collection is organised into three edits: Staple Edits, featuring everyday essentials; Forever Favourites, bringing together versatile pieces designed for repeat wear; and Evening Elegance, offering more elevated designs for after-dark and occasion dressing. Each edit approaches jewellery through a contemporary lens, with pieces designed to be worn individually or styled together.

Across the collection, Zi works with 925 sterling silver as its primary material, with gold-plated silver used across select designs and rhodium plating applied to relevant pieces. The jewellery is nickel- and lead-free, with a focus on material quality, finish and wearability.

“For us, Zi is less about defining luxury and more about redefining how we experience it. It is a lifestyle built around thoughtful design, remarkable materials and objects that bring a sense of character to everyday life.”

Yogesh Khandelwal, Founder & Director, Zi

The launch marks the beginning of Zi’s wider proposition as a design house. Founded by Yogesh Khandelwal, who brings over two decades of experience across bullion trading, refining, manufacturing and precious metals import-export, the brand draws on this industry experience while approaching jewellery through a contemporary design perspective.

Rather than positioning its debut collection around occasion-led jewellery, Zi is building its proposition around pieces that can become part of a regular wardrobe. The collection is intended to offer a balance between everyday essentials and more considered designs, allowing customers to build a jewellery wardrobe across different settings.

Further collections, including The Classics and The Atelier, are currently in development as Zi continues to expand its jewellery offering. The brand is also exploring future categories across the broader lifestyle space, with design remaining at the centre of its approach.

The debut collection will be available exclusively through Zi’s online platform from 24 August 2026.
